A major telecommunications company is seeking a **NOC Engineer (Network Operations Center)**, preferably holding a degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or a related field. Location: Tampico, Tamaulipas Vacancies: 1 Age: 18 to 35 years old **BASIC TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:** * Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, VLAN. * Basic security concepts: firewalls, common attacks, and prevention methods. * Operating systems: Linux and Windows at basic administration level. * Monitoring: tools such as Zabbix, PRTG, Nagios, Grafana, etc. **CLEAR COMMUNICATION:** * Explain technical issues simply to other teams. * Report incidents in an organized manner. * Document procedures. **TEAMWORK:** * Coordinate with departments such as maintenance, support, or administration. * Follow protocols and escalate incidents appropriately. **RESPONSIBILITY AND TIME MANAGEMENT:** * Prioritize alerts. * Remain calm during incidents. * Log changes and activities in an orderly fashion.
