Job Description and Responsibilities * Daily verification of production requirements across all departments and assignment to each line or department to optimize results, with emphasis on product quality and on-time delivery. * Responsible for achieving departmental metrics and implementing corrective actions if targets are not being met. * Ensures 100% adherence to standards and zero quality defects on an hourly basis. * Leads the implementation and sustainability of visual factory practices within departmental processes. * Conducts continuous walkthroughs of production lines or departments to ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices, emphasizing safety and housekeeping. * Ensures compliance with established safety rules. Experience and Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Engineering. * Minimum 5 years of experience in production supervision or coordination roles. * Advanced English proficiency. * Personnel management experience. * Leadership and decision-making skills. * Knowledge of manufacturing systems.
