




Responsible for designing, implementing, and improving production processes, ensuring maximum productivity and minimum costs, all within a safe and environmentally friendly environment. **Activities:** * Analyze and improve production processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. * Design, implement, and control industrial processes from the planning phase through to operation. * Identify and analyze bottlenecks in production processes. * Conduct time and motion studies, coordinate production, and optimize resources. * Develop and implement operational standards, and ensure that the team follows proper procedures. * Implement continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, among others. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations in internal industrial processes and those of clients. * Propose and coordinate the implementation of new systems and technologies in processes. * Train and lead the work team on good operational practices. * Prepare reports and present study results and analyses to management. **Requirements:** * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial processes or continuous improvement areas. * Knowledge of process optimization methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, among others. * Ability to perform data analysis and generate technical reports. * Familiarity with process modeling tools and simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Plant Simulation, etc.). * Experience in implementing process improvement projects in industry. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with leadership skills. * Knowledge of industrial safety regulations and quality management.
