Description and details of activities **Position Objective:** Analyze, clean, and manage operational, financial, and performance information from the transportation department in order to generate reports, metrics, and analyses that enable optimization of routes, costs, delivery times, and service levels. **Main Responsibilities:** * Collect and consolidate transportation operations data: trips, transit times, deliveries, incidents, and costs. * Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time performance, vehicle utilization, carrier performance, claims, and operational efficiency. * Create executive reports and dashboards (Excel, Google Sheets) for decision-making. * Identify deviations in costs, billing, or timelines, and propose corrective actions. * Support carrier evaluation and follow-up on claims or penalties. * Automate data collection and analysis processes. * Ensure data integrity, traceability, and up-to-date transportation databases. * Collaborate with operations, finance, customer service, and procurement departments to improve logistics efficiency.
