Etapa, Río Tijuana, 22226 Tijuana, B.C. **Responsibilities:** * Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on biomedical equipment such as vital signs monitors, anesthesia machines, infusion pumps, among others, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. * Calibration and Verification: Conduct periodic calibrations and verifications of biomedical equipment according to institutional policies and standards established by relevant regulatory authorities. * Inventory Management: Maintain an updated inventory of biomedical equipment, including detailed information on its status, maintenance history, and location, ensuring effective control of institutional assets. * Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to internal users regarding the handling and operation of biomedical equipment, as well as troubleshooting technical issues or malfunctions. * Coordination with Suppliers: Manage communication and coordination with biomedical equipment suppliers for spare parts procurement, specialized maintenance, and technological upgrades, ensuring resource availability and efficiency. * Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards related to biomedical equipment safety and quality, and participate in internal and external audits. **Requirements:** * University degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field. * Prior experience in biomedical equipment maintenance, preferably in hospital settings. * Solid knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and software applied to medical devices. * Familiarity with quality standards and regulations for biomedical equipment. * Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities. * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and clinical staff. * Availability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies outside working hours if necessary. **We Offer:** Weekly pay Statutory benefits Uniforms Job type: Full-time **Salary Offer:** \- Salary: Based on competence, up to $4000\-$5000 net weekly.
