Job Summary: Coordinate and manage import and export operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and logistical efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages international trade operations. 2. Ensures compliance with customs regulations. 3. Supports the management of permits and regulations. Description and details of activities * Prepare and review import and export documentation (invoices, customs entries, certificates of origin, packing lists). * Coordinate with customs brokers, freight carriers, and international suppliers. * Track cargo movement and resolve logistical incidents. * Maintain up-to-date records of operations and reports for audits or internal controls. * Support the management of applicable permits, licenses, and regulations. * Provide administrative support to the international trade and logistics department. Experience and Requirements * Knowledge of customs regulations and trade agreements (USMCA, FTAs). * Proficiency in logistics management systems and customs platforms. * Organizational skills and attention to detail in document handling. * Negotiation and effective communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and solve problems. * Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. * Prior experience in logistics, import/export, or international customer service (1–2 years preferred). * Courses or certifications in international trade, logistics, or customs are a plus.
