Descripción y detalle de las actividades * Gestionar operaciones integrales de nómina, incluyendo control de tiempo y asistencia, cálculo de salarios, deducciones legales (IMSS, INFONAVIT, AFORE, impuestos) y garantizando el cumplimiento legal y corporativo. * Mantener registros precisos de empleados, asegurando actualizaciones oportunas para nuevas contrataciones, terminaciones, traslados, * promociones y cambios salariales. * Atender consultas sobre nómina, discrepancias en los pagos, cheques no entregados y brindar apoyo a los empleados en temas relacionados con la nómina. * Liderar procesos de reclutamiento, incluyendo prospección, entrevistas, selección y coordinación de los procedimientos de incorporación. * Apoyar a los gerentes para clarificar necesidades de contratación y optimizar los canales de reclutamiento para una adquisición oportuna de talento. * Desarrollar e implementar programas de capacitación, gestionar los planes anuales de capacitación, monitorear la participación y evaluar la efectividad de la capacitación. * Gestionar las relaciones con los empleados, incluyendo la recepción y documentación de quejas, la asistencia en investigaciones y el apoyo en la resolución de conflictos. * Todas aquellas inherentes al puesto; las funciones son ilustrativas pero no limitativas. * Envíe su currículum en inglés Experiencia y requisitos **REQUISITOS EDUCATIVOS:** Licenciatura o superior en Administración de Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas, Psicología o áreas afines **EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA:** Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en RR.HH. en nómina, reclutamiento, capacitación o relaciones con los empleados. **NIVEL DE DOMINIO DEL INGLÉS:** Dominio del inglés suficiente para la comunicación diaria en el trabajo. **USO DE COMPUTADORAS:** Avanzado **COMENTARIOS ADICIONALES:** Preferible: experiencia con el sistema Tempus, sólidas habilidades de comunicación y colaboración con capacidad para trabajar entre distintos departamentos, conocimiento de las leyes y regulaciones laborales locales (ley laboral mexicana, obligaciones en materia de nómina, contribuciones legales).
