Summary: This role involves coordinating test equipment, proposing improvements, participating in continuous improvement activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Highlights: 1. Works with cross-functional teams to address corrective actions Descripción y detalle de las actividades **Responsibilities (Description of Activities):** * Coordinates the installation of production test equipment * Performs test equipment qualifications and characterization * Coordinates the installation of hardware and software updates as required * Proposes ideas for custom tools and overall test process and equipment improvement * Participates in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities * Assists in reviewing engineering design drawings and DFX reports prior to production release for testability * Assists in developing product specific test programs * Works with cross functional teams to address corrective actions * Assists maintenance in developing preventative maintenance and calibration procedures * Analyzes line return information to understand and drive corrective action on test process issues * Compiles and follows all company policies and procedures * Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned * Accountable to perform all duties and tasks assigned and any other that may be required by the department or the organization * Responsible to establish clear measurable objectives \& goals in alignment with department and site KPI’s and the achievement of organizational goals * Maintain compliance with all current and future certification that site needs for operations like ANSI ESD S20\.20\-2014, ISO 9001, AS9000, ISO 9000, ISO 14001, IPC, etc. Experiencia y requisitos **Qualifications (Essential requirements for the position):** * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Effective interpersonal skills * Effective multitasking skills and the ability to take on additional responsibilities as required * Effective organization and prioritization skills * Demonstrate high attention to detail * Ability to work with diverse groups * Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, independent judgment and professionalism * Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance, exercising discretion and independent judgment * Understanding of and ability to use continuous improvement tools * Strong customer service and client focus **Language:** English 85% **Software:** LabVIEW, TestStand, Minitab Beneficios * Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT * Fondo de ahorro * Seguro de gastos médicos * Transporte * Plan de indexación * Servicios medicos en planta * Comedor **Número de vacantes** 2 **Área** Ingeniería **Contrato** Permanente **Modalidad** Presencial **Turno** Diurno **Jornada** Tiempo Completo **Estudios** Carrera con título profesional **Inglés** Hablado: Intermedio, Escrito: Intermedio **Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
