Opportunity for growth and excellent work environment **Indemex Engineering seeks a Technical Support Engineer in Benito Juárez, Mexico City** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **LEVEL 1 TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER** **A company dedicated to manufacturing aesthetic medical equipment for liposuction invites you to join its team!** **Requirements:** **Education:** Engineering / Incomplete or ongoing Bachelor’s degree. **Experience:** * Network support (LAN, WAN, WiFi, VPN). * Operating system administration and support (Windows, Linux, macOS). * Hardware and software fault diagnosis and resolution. **Knowledge:** Windows operating systems (basic Linux or macOS). Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365. Installation and configuration of standard software. Remote support tools.
