Job Summary: Responsible for access control, patrolling, security monitoring, emergency management, and incident reporting to maintain a safe environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Control access and patrol areas to detect anomalies. 2. Monitor security systems and manage emergencies. 3. Record incidents and maintain established order. * **Access Control:** Verify identification documents, register the entry and exit of visitors, employees, and vendors. Inspect vehicles and packages when required. * **Patrol and Surveillance:** Conduct continuous inspection rounds in indoor and outdoor areas to detect anomalies, open doors, or suspicious situations. * **Security Monitoring:** Monitor closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems and alarms in real time. * **Emergency Management:** Act as first responder during incidents (fires, medical emergencies, earthquakes), implement evacuation protocols, and coordinate with local emergency services. * **Incident Reporting:** Maintain a detailed logbook and prepare accurate reports on any anomalies, property damage, or breaches of order.
