




Description and details of activities * Supervise the execution of assigned tasks by personnel through weekly review meetings to ensure department objectives are met. * Supervise raw material receipt by reviewing purchasing metrics to ensure production plan execution. * Evaluate and improve the performance of supervised personnel by promoting their training and development to enhance the work team's overall level. * Monitor on-time supplier payments through weekly meetings with the finance department to prevent delays in raw material arrivals. * Organize and conduct weekly meetings to review and present metrics with buyers, purchasing management, planning, and the materials director. * Perform other duties inherent to the position according to company needs in order to achieve organizational goals.
