Job Summary:
Responsible for receiving, verifying, organizing, and controlling goods and materials in the warehouse, ensuring accurate recording and safekeeping.

2. Handles CONTPAQi/Compac systems for material control.
3. Key coordination with purchasing, production, and logistics departments.
* Receive goods, materials, and products.
* Verify that goods arrive complete and in good condition.
* Check quantities against invoices, purchase orders, or delivery notes.
* Store and organize materials within the warehouse.
* Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse.
* Label and classify products correctly.
* Track material inflows and outflows.
* Conduct physical and cycle inventories.
* Report shortages, damages, or inventory discrepancies.
* Prepare orders and supply materials for production or customers.
* Deliver materials to authorized personnel.
* Enter data into systems or control forms.
* Operate and understand the CONTPAQi/Compac system for inventory management, receipts, issuances, and material inquiries.
* Ensure proper use of warehouse tools and equipment.
* Assist in loading and unloading goods.
* Comply with safety and hygiene regulations.
* Keep inventory records up to date.
* Identify obsolete or slow-moving materials.
* Coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics departments.
* Ensure proper safeguarding of materials and tools.
* Support inventory audits and inspections.
Salary: $3,095.00 per week
