This role participates in **onboarding new acquisitions, franchises, and products**, ensuring that systems, processes, and users are successfully incorporated into the organization’s digital ecosystem. As part of the Product Integration team, the Analyst assists in data validation, process documentation, configuration setup, and post\-integration support. They work closely with application administrators, business analysts, and operations stakeholders to ensure that every integration event, from a new insurance carrier rollout to a franchise onboarding, follows defined procedures, maintains data integrity, and aligns with governance standards. **Integration Operations \& Configuration Support** * Support the execution of **integration tasks** related to M\&A transitions, data migrations, and product onboarding. * Assist in configuring system connections, credentials, and process mappings under the direction of senior analysts or supervisors. * Validate data imports, cross\-system mappings, and configurations following migration events. * Support testing cycles by documenting results, performing validation checks, and logging discrepancies. **Onboarding \& Adoption Coordination** * Participate in onboarding activities for new stores, franchises, or business units — ensuring users are provisioned, applications are configured, and workflows are enabled. * Document processes, mappings, and outcomes in **Athena Vault** or designated integration repositories. * Partner with Operations and Application Administration to track onboarding milestones and dependencies. * Provide post\-go\-live support, escalating complex configuration or data issues to higher\-tier analysts. **Documentation \& Reporting** * Maintain integration task logs, migration checklists, and validation templates. * Assist in preparing integration progress reports and updating status dashboards. * Ensure that all changes, access credentials, and configuration activities are properly documented for audit and continuity. * Contribute to the maintenance of the Integration Knowledge Base and SOP library. **Cross\-Functional Collaboration** * Collaborate with Application Administration, Business Analysts, and Support teams to ensure smooth rollout execution. * Participate in meetings and stand\-ups to discuss integration progress, blockers, and dependencies. * Work with QA and Data teams to ensure accurate validation, mapping accuracy, and issue resolution. * Provide clear communication to supervisors and business stakeholders regarding onboarding readiness and data validation results. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree * Advanced English level * Specialized knowledge: * Foundational understanding of system integrations, data flows, and application onboarding processes. * Awareness of M\&A and franchise rollout activities, including business process alignment. * Basic knowledge of data migration concepts, such as mapping, transformation, and validation. * Familiarity with change and configuration governance frameworks. * Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and process awareness * Computer knowledge: * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint) for documentation, validation, and reporting. * Familiarity with data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL basics, or Power BI) for validating and reviewing integration results. * Exposure to ITSM or task\-tracking tools (Jira, ServiceNow, or similar) for work management. * Comfortable navigating cloud applications and integration platforms to review configurations and user access. * Knowledge of Athena Vault or similar repositories for SOP and documentation control. * Experience: * 1–3 years of experience in application support, business systems analysis, or integration coordination. * Exposure to data migration, onboarding, or system transition projects preferred. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to document processes clearly. * Educational foundation in Information Systems, Business Administration, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience. * Service Oriented * Work under pressure * Problem solution * Attention to detail Organized * ### **Benefits** * Competitive weekly salary * Excellent location (Zona Río, Tijuana) * Legal benefits * Christmas bonus * Savings fund * Profit sharing (PTU) * Vacation days * Vacation premium * Extra paid days off * Private medical insurance and preventative care * Friendly work environment * Financing and discounts at local restaurants and coffee shops * Growth opportunities
