Process necessary construction authorizations timely and accurately. Guarantee that application acknowledgments and permit authorizations are properly filed and organized for accurate control and easy access. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineering or Architecture degree * 3 years of experience in a similar position * Experience preparing INFONAVIT documentation packages * Knowledge of construction processes and permitting procedures * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD * Familiarity with state, federal, and municipal laws and regulations (Civil Code, State Zoning Regulation, * Urban Code, Environmental Protection Law, etc.) * Experience liaising with various government agencies for permit processing * Strong oral and written communication skills * Positive attitude * Professional appearance **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Excellent work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Training programs
