We are looking for a **Forklift Operator and Concrete Block De-molder** responsible for operating forklifts and performing the de-molding of concrete blocks, ensuring continuous production flow and compliance with safety and quality standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate forklifts for loading, unloading, and transporting materials. * Carefully de-mold concrete blocks to prevent damage. * Organize materials in storage or dispatch areas. * Maintain assigned equipment in good condition and report any malfunctions. * Comply with industrial safety regulations and use of PPE. **Requirements** * Minimum of **1 year** experience operating forklifts (proof or certification desirable). * Knowledge in handling construction materials, preferably concrete blocks. * Minimum education: High School Diploma. * Availability for rotating shifts and work in a production environment. **Skills and Competencies** * Safe forklift operation. * Organization and teamwork. * Attention to detail and material care. * Commitment to safety. **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience * Weekly payments * Opportunities for growth within the company.
