**Project Designer** **Requirements:** \* Civil Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design. \* Knowledge of quotations, work space, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, V-Ray. \* Tools required for 2D and 3D presentations (executive project). \* Drawing and interpretation of projects. \* Experience in quotations and construction projects, preferably commercial. \* General design, interior design and furniture criteria. \* Willingness to travel **Skills:** \* Construction techniques \* Initiative \* Sense of urgency **Activities:** \* Field surveys \* Development and design of projects \* Concept catalogs \* Planning of hydraulic, sanitary, gas, electrical, voice and data, drywall, etc. installations \* Descriptive reports \* Site visit reports \* Architectural project and executive project \* Rendering with V\-Ray \* Quotations with suppliers and contractors to develop concept catalogs \* Estimating construction volume \* 3D modeling at small and large scales\/detail Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 hrs and Saturdays from 9:00 to 13:00 hrs Position type: Full-time Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
