This role plays a key part in supervising logistics processes, document control, audits, product assurance, indicator management, and continuous improvement within a high-volume, highly complex operation. The incumbent will coordinate teams, standardize processes, and ensure smooth operational flow across departments such as traffic, warehousing, picking, shipping, and inventory control. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise the proper execution of quality processes within the CEDIS: receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and transportation. * Ensure compliance with policies, internal standards, operational audits, and Chedraui’s corporate quality standards. * Monitor and improve key logistics quality indicators (KPIs): service level, shrinkage, rejections, returns, inventory accuracy, process audits, cycle times. * Coordinate internal and external audits; document findings and ensure implementation of corrective action plans. * Implement improvements to operational procedures, work instructions, and cross-functional processes within the CEDIS. * Manage non-conformities, root cause analysis, and corrective actions using tools such as 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, FMEA, etc. * Ensure effective quality management with suppliers, transportation providers, third-party operators, and internal departments to minimize operational risk and guarantee compliance across the entire supply chain. * Train supervisors and operational team leaders to standardize quality and operational practices. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Safety & Hygiene, Inventory, Operations, Logistics, and Transportation to optimize processes. * Support strategic CEDIS initiatives related to expansion, automation, or continuous improvement. **Requirements** * Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field. * **5–7 years of experience** in quality roles within retail, large-scale CEDIS, logistics, warehousing, or mass distribution. * Experience in high-activity environments (24/7 operation) and handling large SKU volumes. * Strong proficiency in quality tools: 8D, Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, audits, internal regulations. * Experience leading operational teams and coordinating multiple departments. * Advanced Excel skills (intermediate to advanced); experience with WMS / ERP systems is desirable. * Strong process orientation, KPI focus, data analysis capability, and commitment to continuous improvement.
