Position Summary: Transportes MexAmerik is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to manage tractor-trailer fleets, oversee maintenance activities, and coordinate workshop operations. Key Highlights: 1. Join us as a **Workshop Supervisor** and become part of the **MexAmerik** experience. **Location:** Teoloyucan **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience * Availability for rotating shifts. **Schedule:** Rotating 12-hour shifts, mixed schedule from 08:00 to 18:00 hrs, and Saturdays with a 5-hour shift. **Responsibilities:** Manage fleets of over 500 tractor-trailers. Ensure the status of units entering and exiting the workshop. Inspect assigned units (tractors, trailers, and dollies) scheduled for maintenance to complete the Work Order (WO). Supervise the timing of preventive and corrective maintenance on units. Validate damage reports and complete the WO. Comply with preventive maintenance traffic-light indicators, completing the required service according to the WO. Coordinate with the warehouse regarding spare parts availability to guarantee unit release per the preventive maintenance schedule. Prepare external workshop dispatch orders for units requiring such service. Ensure units serviced by external workshops meet delivery conditions (diesel level, dents, mirrors, etc.). Timely and accurate registration of work orders in the ERP system. Support supervision and performance evaluation of the maintenance department staff. Issue warehouse requisition forms (electronic and pre-printed).
