Join us as a **Process Optimization Analyst** and become part of the **MexAmerik** experience. **Location:** Teoloyuca, Santa del Monte **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience * Preferred experience in transportation, logistics, last-mile delivery, fleet maintenance, operational process improvement, operational data analysis, or operational audits. **Schedule:** Mixed shift from 08:00 to 18:00 hrs., Monday through Friday, and Saturdays for 5 hours. **Responsibilities:** * 1. Analyze and improve unit preparation and availability processes. 2. Monitor standard times for unit preparation, maintenance, and delivery. 3. Identify operational bottlenecks affecting functionality and availability. 4. Audit the trip assignment process and validate its efficiency. 5. Detect delays, rework, and root causes in trip assignment and dispatch. 6. Review and document AS-IS operational processes. 7. Propose TO-BE improvements focused on efficiency and standardization. 8. Evaluate processes impacting the driver’s experience (arrival, assignment, waiting, delivery). 9. Identify friction points and propose improvements to streamline driver–operations interaction. 10. Measure compliance with driver service standards. 11. Conduct periodic internal audits of operational processes. 12. Propose short-term improvements to reduce times and increase productivity. 13. Track implementation of improvement actions. 14. Prepare executive reports with findings, trends, and recommendations. 15.
