*Naturasol is looking for your talent!!* **Settlements Coordinator** ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Consolidate and supervise payment proposals for settlements generated by logistics control analysts. * Randomly review commission amounts to be paid according to authorized rates and expense policies. * Prepare monthly reports and weekly reconciliations of settlements in Excel vs. ERP SAP. * Manage urgent or extraordinary payments requested by the transportation department. * Record expenses and trips in SAP for proper payment processing. * Prepare month-end accruals (commissions, fuel, maintenance, GPS, among others). * Ensure compliance with processes related to quality, safety, food safety, and corporate assets. ***Required Profile:*** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration (certified). * Minimum Experience: * 2 years in the freight transportation industry. * 3 years in other industries in settlement, accounts payable, or transportation management roles. * Knowledge of: * Payment of commissions and travel expenses for transportation routes. * Use of operator compensation rates. * SAP, TMS (UNIGIS or Lis ZAM), Dynamics, or Oracle. * Advanced Excel skills. * Competencies: leadership, cost control, negotiation, transportation management, data analysis. **We Offer:** * Weekly salary via BBVA based on experience * 100% social security contribution * 10% grocery vouchers * Subsidized cafeteria * Statutory benefits Job Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounted cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Desirable) Work Location: On-site
