AT GRUPO SALINAS WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOUR TALENT **We are seeking: SHIFT MANAGER (SECURITY)** Position Objective: Supervise and coordinate security personnel activities to safeguard goods, assets, and human resources by implementing work processes and procedures at the distribution center. Responsibilities: A. Enforce security protocols at locations with security staff through patrols. B. Coordinate with Monitoring personnel to address merchandise theft issues. C. Supervise and ensure that patrol units promptly respond to store alarm signals. D. Randomly monitor cargo transportation transit to ensure it reaches its destination. E. Supervise that cargo vehicles leave the distribution center without issues. F. When necessary, assist the security manager in interviewing dishonest employees. G. Prepare fire extinguisher and hydrant checklists for the distribution center. H. Coordinate with the security manager for internal and external personnel evacuation during emergencies (earthquakes and fires). Leadership. Communication. Teamwork. Decision Making.
