Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineering or Architecture professional to support construction site supervision, coordinate teams, prepare progress reports, and ensure compliance with regulations. Support in supervision and coordination of on-site activities Main Responsibilities • Assist in daily on-site activity supervision. • Coordinate and direct work crews and operational staff. • Prepare and monitor progress reports. • Control and record materials, tools, and equipment. • Assist in coordinating contractors and suppliers. • Verify compliance with safety and hygiene standards. • Conduct basic surveys and quantity takeoffs. • Monitor construction schedules and document control. Requirements • Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (intern, recent graduate, or degree holder). • Minimum 6 months of experience in construction or site supervision (preferred). • Ability to lead personnel and coordinate field activities. • Basic knowledge of blueprint interpretation. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Microsoft Office suite (preferred). • Willingness to work on-site. • Leadership, initiative, organizational skills, and ability to work toward objectives. • Valid driver's license (preferred).
