DE C.V. in Tepotzotlán, Estado de México** **Industrial Civil Supervisor** Argón is an engineering and consulting firm founded in 2019 by a group of engineers with entrepreneurial vision. We design comprehensive solutions for real estate, industrial, and commercial projects, aligning engineering with efficient, sustainable, and timely execution. We are seeking an **Industrial Civil Supervisor** to oversee and coordinate civil construction activities in industrial projects, ensuring compliance with blueprints, technical specifications, and safety, quality, and hygiene regulations (particularly in food and beverage environments). **Responsibilities:** * Supervise foundations, structures, pavements, drainage systems, exterior works, and infrastructure projects within industrial facilities. * Verify material quality and processes according to industry standards and hygiene and safety regulations. * Coordinate with MEP teams (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) for proper integration across disciplines. * Review construction schedules, control resources, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. * Conduct routine inspections, material testing, and technical reporting. * Assist in estimating quantities of work and costs. * Train and supervise contractors on industrial safety and safe construction practices. * Material surveys and calculations: railings, ramps, curbs, sidewalks, barriers, paint, and signage. * Propose locations for bumpers, bollards, solar buttons, proximity traffic lights, and vehicle barriers. * Review pedestrian access, disabled access ramps, crosswalks, maneuver lanes, and parking areas. * Quantify and apply paint to lanes, parking spaces, industrial areas, maneuver yards, and pallet storage zones. * Propose expansions, modifications, and turning radii for heavy cargo vehicles. * Implement safety measures in yards, internal roadways, loading/unloading zones, and storage areas. **Requirements:** * Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferably with diploma/certification in construction or safety). * Experience: 2 to 4 years supervising civil works in industrial projects. * Knowledge of: * + AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project/Primavera. + Construction processes (foundations, structures, pavements, drainage). + Industrial safety and hygiene standards (ISO, HACCP, etc.). + Interpretation of civil and structural drawings. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary of $25,000.00 to $28,000.00 Mexican pesos gross per month. * Travel allowances up to $10,000 (only for out-of-town candidates) * Statutory benefits * Minor medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Job stability * Continuous training * Participation in high-impact projects * Positive work environment and professional development * Professional growth and opportunities for technical advancement **Desired education level:** Higher education — graduated **Desired experience level:** Expert level **Departmental function:** Human Resources **Industry:** Civil Engineering **Skills:** * Civil Engineering * Industrial Safety * Industrial Supervisor *This job posting comes from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=68da1cbc660000330007c43c&source=indeed*
