(PREFERRED) \- Experience handling and resolving customer complaints. Cash handling and card terminal operation. ***\*Competencies:*** * Teamwork, process orientation, conflict management, planning and organization, customer orientation. * Schedule flexibility: rotating shifts. ENGLISH LANGUAGE MANDATORY. ***Key Responsibilities:*** * Perform check-in and check-out procedures. * Assign rooms and personalize reservations. * Review and respond to messages (chat, email, OTAs). * Interact with customers and guests to address their requests. * Prepare, print, and send daily reports. * Review pending items from the previous shift. * Verify special reservation requests (notes and comments). * Validate documentation and/or document uploads. * Coordinate with housekeeping staff to confirm accurate room status (report with Housekeeping). * Maintain order and cleanliness at the front desk and common areas.
