




Job Summary: This role involves real-time vehicle tracking using GPS, communication with drivers, conflict management, and ensuring compliance with safety policies, with a focus on analysis and customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Real-time vehicle tracking using GPS and telematics. 2. Continuous communication and conflict resolution with drivers. 3. Ensuring driver compliance with safety policies and reporting status. * TRACK AND MONITOR THE LOCATION OF ALL COMPANY VEHICLES USING GPS AND TELEMATICS. * MAINTAIN CONTINUOUS COMMUNICATION WITH DRIVERS AND MANAGE CONFLICTS. * MONITOR LOAD PROGRAMS IN COORDINATION WITH CUSTOMERS. * ENSURE DRIVERS COMPLY WITH SAFETY POLICIES. * SEND STATUS REPORTS TO CUSTOMERS. * ANALYTICAL SKILLS, CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTATION, NEGOTIATION ABILITY, TEAMWORK, INITIATIVE, PLANNING AND ORGANIZATION.
