




Position Summary: Verify, review, analyze, and develop deliveries to distributors, implementing continuous improvement actions and coordinating personnel to ensure quality. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership, teamwork, and conflict resolution **Vacancy:** Quality Analyst **Location:** Cuautitlán, State of Mexico. **Objective:** Verify, review, analyze, develop, and report—using system support—to quality inspectors and operators regarding the delivery process to distributors in general, particularly concerning damages and/or shortages that may occur in units transported under the department’s responsibility, and implement continuous improvement actions. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate personnel across various loading ramps * Report on operational activity tracking * Coordinate receipt and dispatch documents, as well as requested information, to clarify responsibilities * Track damages to units * Support and monitor operators * Capture inspection and operational equipment verification data * Conduct yard walkthroughs for activity supervision **Skills / Competencies:** * Assertive communication * Teamwork * Personnel management * Conflict resolution * Results orientation * Administrative control and organization * Leadership **Tools to be used:** * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.) * Advanced Excel * Root Cause Analysis methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa Diagram, DMAIC methodology, etc.) **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in Quality Analyst or similar roles. **Working Hours:** * Mon–Fri: 8:00–16:30 hrs * Sat: 8:00–13:30 hrs Salary: $9,576.52 – $9,577.52 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Savings fund * Company phone * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
