We are currently seeking an **Operational Supervisor** in the field of **Private Security**, with experience managing high-turnover teams, **supervising more than 200 people**, industry-specific experience, and accustomed to working **under results-driven pressure**. The professional we seek must be available for **full-time work**, with experience in service-oriented companies and problem resolution; academically, a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field is required, along with the habit of regularly submitting reports to superiors, **excellent diction**, and strong interpersonal skills with both internal and external customers. You must possess a positive attitude, be proactive, capable of decision-making, personnel management, and fostering and improving workplace climate; you must also be receptive, empathetic, respectful, and attentive. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily security team operations, ensuring tasks are carried out effectively. * Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the organization and its assets. * Conduct routine security assessments to identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities, developing risk mitigation strategies. * Monitor surveillance and alarm systems, responding promptly to security violations or incidents. * Serve as liaison with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and stakeholders during security emergencies. * Train and educate security personnel on emergency response protocols and plans. * Investigate incidents, accidents, and security breaches, preparing comprehensive reports with improvement recommendations. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or a related field is preferred. * Proven experience in a security supervision role, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. * Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or private security will be highly valued. * Clean criminal record and ability to pass an extensive background check. * Physical fitness and capability to perform security duties such as standing, walking, patrolling, and responding to emergencies.
