We are a business group with over **50 years of history**, dedicated to the **development and marketing of numerous successful real estate projects**, enabling us to establish ourselves as one of the most important players in our country's real estate market. **We are seeking:** **HOUSING TITLE ANALYST** **Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.** * Experience in real estate title processing * Advanced Excel skills * Professional appearance * Customer service experience * **Work location: Zumpango (Nuevo Zumpango Development)** **Key Responsibilities:** * Compilation and review of files for formalizing purchase-sale transactions under various schemes (bank financing, FOVISSSTE, INFONAVIT, cash, CFE, HIR) * Management and follow-up of credit lines with financial institutions * Coordination of technical file submissions to notaries, banks, and SOFOLES * Requesting and reviewing notarial fee quotations per financing scheme * Requesting, tracking, and reviewing Certificates of Freedom from Liens * Requesting, reviewing, and tracking property appraisals * Scheduling and attending title signing appointments * Post-signing transaction follow-up to ensure institutional collection **Competencies:** * Proactivity * Sense of urgency * Assertive communication * Negotiation skills * Results-oriented mindset **We Offer:** * **Productivity bonus** * **Excellent working environment** ***Interested candidates should apply through this channel, submitting an updated CV with photo*** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Flexible working hours Work Location: On-site employment
