Job Summary: Support the Plant Manager in the production of ready-mix concrete, ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction, as well as resource management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the quality of ready-mix concrete and customer satisfaction. 2. Support in the management of human and material resources. 3. Promote safety, health, and environmental protection at the plant. LOCATION: Tepeji del Río, Hgo. EDUCATION: Engineering (Civil, Construction, Industrial) EXPERIENCE: 2 years in operational areas and processes. SHIFT: Day or Night Assist the Plant Manager in the production of ready-mix concrete and in dosage control to ensure the quality of the finished product and delivery of high-quality service focused on customer satisfaction. Also support the Plant Manager in the timely management of human and material resources, always adhering to health, safety, and environmental guidelines, as well as a customer-focused approach. • Report unsafe conditions, support safety and health campaigns, and participate in safety-related committees and activities. • Ensure coordination with customers and service centers to deliver high-quality service to end customers. • Manufacture concrete manually or automatically. • Support periodic distribution of PPE and assist in distributing payroll receipts. • Manage and control raw material consumption, and request additional materials when necessary. • Ensure the plant maintains appropriate order, cleanliness, and appearance reflecting CEMEX policies and brand image. • Support follow-up on corrective actions arising from internal and external audits. • Support documentation control. • Support the control and management of human, material, and financial resources. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor's Degree 2 years of experience Age: between 24 and 35 years
