




Job Summary: We are seeking an on-site Technical Support professional to deliver customer service, first-level support, and hardware and software maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide on-site first-level technical support. 2. Perform troubleshooting for laptops and desktops. 3. Handle tickets and documentation.
