For automatically approved applications, validate the following: ➢Pre-approved strictly according to policies and exception matrices for authorities ➢Customer-provided information in the application matches the documentation in the file and data entered in the SEA system ➢Documentation in the digital file complies with security measures and is assembled according to the current checklist for each product ➢Income estimates are accurate, always considering the protection of institutional assets ➢Active credits with Scotiabank, ensuring compliance with product bundling policies * Stay updated on policies and procedures according to Institutional Bulletins and Regulations. * Halt transactions that do not comply with policies or regulations outlined in the retail credit manual and notify the shift supervisor to take necessary actions. * Accurately enter credit approvals into SEA linked to ScotiaPro or Tsys, adhering to conditions established by the credit decision and meeting established credit operation standards. Verify that disbursements for Auto and Personal loans are credited to the account specified by the customer in the application and SEA entry. * Perform Credit Card and Scotialine maintenance, including credit line increases and decreases. Provide approvals for mortgage loan adhesions and re-originations.
