Join our team as ***BRANCH MANAGER*** *Requirements:* * Prior experience managing staff is MANDATORY * Minimum education: high school diploma * Availability to work on weekends *Knowledge and Skills:* * Experience as floor captain or service supervisor * Teamwork * Supervision and attention to detail * Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills * Ability to train and develop staff *Responsibilities:* · Restaurant opening and closing · Assignment and supervision of operational tasks · Ensure proper water supply and daily operations · Train new staff (servers, bussers, cashiers, and hostesses) · Cover operational positions as needed (cashier and hostess) · Place and follow up on daily and weekly orders (Cedis and bar) · Supervise inventories and stock · Verify attendance and complete staffing roster for service · Submit daily sales reports to Operations Management · Review cash reconciliations, expenses, and transactions · Perform cash withdrawals and secure funds in the safe · Continuous supervision during peak hours (especially restrooms and service) · Ensure floor coverage during staff meal times · Address and resolve customer complaints *We Offer:* * Weekly pay * 16,000 \-20,000 monthly Thank you for your application!
