Key Responsibilities * Advise customers on Banco Azteca’s various savings, investment, and insurance products and services, promoting cross-selling. * Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities associated with credit. * Ensure the correct implementation and execution of strategies related to deposit acquisition, insurance, AFORE, and payroll services. * Open deposit accounts with balances and grow customer balances. * Stay updated and trained on all products and services offered. * Obtain certification as an AFORE Promotional Agent. * Field promotion (“Cambaceo”): promoting products outside the point of sale (1–2 hours). * Make outbound calls to place payroll and pensioner loans. * Treat customers respectfully and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat business and referrals.
