López Mateos 391 **Salary: $25,000 MXN gross monthly** Full-time At Element Alliance, we are seeking a **Senior Project Manager** with experience in electrical projects, technical leadership, and a results-oriented mindset to coordinate projects from planning through to closure, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. Requirements * Mechanical-Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering degree. (Degree mandatory) * Minimum 5 years of experience managing electrical projects. * Experience supervising construction, electrical installations, and coordinating teams. * Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Monday.com. * Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and document control. * Familiarity with current electrical regulations (NOM). * English proficiency preferred. Responsibilities * Plan, execute, and monitor electrical projects. * Coordinate internal staff, contractors, and suppliers. * Supervise field progress and technical compliance. * Manage budget, schedule, and deliverables. * Maintain communication with clients and internal departments. * Administer project risks, changes, and documentation closure. * Weekly tracking of KPIs and team performance.
