Visit us at UST.com. **You Are:** UST is searching for a Sr Full stack Engineer with experience with RESTful APIs, Oracle or RDBMS, and microservices architecture. **The opportunity:** * Lead the architecture, design, and development of modern web applications using Node.js and React. * Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross\-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high\-quality solutions. * Drive best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps. * Mentor and guide a team of engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical leadership. * Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. * Experience or has worked in Java technologies like Groovy. * Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to complex problems. * Contribute to strategic planning, technical roadmaps, and architectural decisions. * Ensure adherence to software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required. **What you need****:** * 8 \-10 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Node.js and React. * Strong knowledge of front\-end performance optimization and responsive design. * Proficiency in modern development tools and practices (Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines). * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and leadership skills. * Experience with serverless architectures and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes). * Familiarity with testing frameworks React Testing Library. * Exposure to database technologies (SQL and NoSQL). **Benefits** Employees receive mandatory and non\-mandatory benefits such as fourteen (14\) days of vacation beginning on the date of hire, vacation premium, ten (10\) paid holidays, a Christmas Bonus of thirty (30\) days’ pay, Monthly Food Vouchers, Saving Fund, and health insurance.
