Job Summary: We are seeking an architect with the ability to manage projects, oversee construction, and handle administrative tasks, with a focus on warehouse and residential markets. Positive attitude and genuine interest in the position are essential An architect (male or female) is required to fulfill various project objectives, including: \- Drawing management \- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Lumion, Excel, Neodata, AI, and other software \- Frequent site visits \- Construction control and management \- Social media management Overall, this position involves multiple architectural functions—administrative management, design, construction, etc. Our primary markets are warehouses and residential developments. A genuine interest in the position and an excellent attitude are mandatory.
