




Responsibilities: Responsible for the selection and hiring process of security personnel and administrative staff Drafting of employment contracts Responsible for maintaining digital and physical employee files Reporting new hires and terminations to corporate headquarters Tracking and processing final settlement documents (finiquitos) Inventory control of identification credentials and uniforms Requirements: Completed bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related field) Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR generalist Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (on-call shifts) Position type: Full-time Salary: Up to $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone Work location: On-site employment
