About the Role We are seeking a motivated Remote Telemarketer to join our growing team. The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce our services, and generate interest in insurance quotes. Once a lead is qualified, the telemarketer will live\-transfer the call to a licensed sales agent for quoting and closing. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, persistence, and a goal\-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities * Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential leads (provided by the agency). * Engage prospects with a professional, friendly, and persuasive approach. * Identify customer needs and determine eligibility for auto, home, renters, or business insurance quotes. * Accurately document call outcomes, notes, and lead details in the CRM system. * Live\-transfer qualified leads directly to licensed sales agents. * Meet or exceed daily/weekly performance goals (calls, conversations, transfers). * Follow compliance guidelines and adhere to company policies. Qualifications * Prior experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or call center environment (preferred, but not required). * Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain motivated. * Organized and detail\-oriented with basic computer skills (CRM, email, dialing systems). * Reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet workspace. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required.
