Join our team! **Benefits for selected employees include**: * Direct hiring by the company. * Base salary * Statutory benefits: IMSS, vacation, vacation bonus, Christmas bonus. * Life Insurance \+ death benefit support * Ongoing training through an online platform with over 15,000 courses available in multiple languages. * Psychological, medical, nutritional, legal, financial and veterinary counseling (remote) * Wellhub: Corporate wellness program offering access to gyms, online classes, nutritionists and more. * Major Medical Expenses Insurance * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Annual Target Bonus * Monthly Punctuality and Attendance Bonus * **Work location**: Uman /Yucatan * **Work schedule**: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM with flexible hours availability to handle emergencies * **Gross Monthly Salary**: $48,000 \-$50,000 * **Work mode**: On-site **What does your day-to-day look like?** * Responsible for ensuring that buildings and their services allow business continuity as well as meeting the needs of the people working in them. * Leads a team and/or manages daily operations of a plant/CEDIS * Builds and develops effective relationships between clients and stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization * Create and manage site budget, handle accounting and financial aspects of maintenance and operations, contracted services, purchasing of materials, equipment and supplies, occupancy and site support services. * Ensures that vendors are properly managed, delivering services on time and within budget * Ensures that vendor procurement processes comply with agreed client procurement guidelines as well as JLL best practices * Ensure the provision of a safe working environment **Desired experience and technical skills:** * 5 years of experience in Maintenance or Facilities Management roles in industrial plants or CEDIS. * Advanced English * Mechanical, electrical engineering or administration degree * Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements * Knowledge of critical facilities * Experience managing vendors for specialized services * Understanding of basic technical aspects of property * Proven ability to understand and interpret commercial contracts * Strong budget management and financial analysis skills * Leadership * Proactivity * Customer service If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply.
