Job Description and Responsibilities **Job Objective** Provide technical support to the Engineering department in the implementation, improvement, and maintenance of processes, equipment, and technical documentation, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Support the implementation of new processes, products, or engineering changes (ECN/ECO). * Update and maintain technical documentation: work instructions, diagrams, layouts, BOMs, process sheets. * Participate in process validations (pilot runs, engineering tests). * Support root cause analysis and problem solving (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa). * Collaborate on time and motion studies. * Support continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, scrap reduction, efficiency, line balancing). * Support first-piece release and dimensional validation (as applicable). * Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance to ensure proper execution of technical changes. * Monitor process indicators (scrap, efficiency, OEE, rework). * Ensure compliance with applicable safety and quality standards. Experience and Requirements * Technical degree or TSU in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing industry. * Basic knowledge of quality tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA, Control Plan). * Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings. * Basic/intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software. * Knowledge of process documentation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate Excel). * Technical English (preferred).
