We love putting smiles on people's faces while providing them with the things they need, the things they dream of, and things they didn't even know existed—all at affordable prices. **We are looking for:** **MONITORING ASSISTANT.** **Job Objective:** * Monitor facilities in real time through the video surveillance system (CCTV), detect unusual or suspicious activities, immediately report any incidents, and contribute to maintaining a safe environment for employees, visitors, and facilities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Continuously monitor surveillance cameras installed throughout the facilities. * Detect, record, and report any unusual activity, risk, or situation requiring immediate intervention. * Prepare daily activity and incident reports. * Follow established company security protocols. * Review and back up video recordings when necessary. * Coordinate with physical security personnel or external security forces in case of emergencies. * Verify the proper functioning of the monitoring system (cameras, screens, recorders). **Job Requirements:** **Education:** * Completed secondary or high school (preferred) **Experience:** * 6 months to 1 year in similar positions (monitoring, surveillance, private security) **Specific Knowledge:** * Operation of CCTV systems * Security and protection protocols * Report writing * Basic computer skills (Excel, Word) **Skills:** * Attention to detail * High level of concentration * Ability to react quickly in risky situations * Effective communication * Ethics and discretion Job type: Full-time Salary: $9,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work location: On-site
