Position Summary: Mission: Maintain the company's computer network security by implementing technological improvements to facilitate information access for users. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive technical support and infrastructure maintenance. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or Telecommunications. **Job Mission:** Maintain the security of the company's existing computer network by implementing technological improvements to facilitate information access for relevant users. **ERP Systems Knowledge.** SQL Server, Visual Basic \& Code, Visual Basic for Applications, Alpha, Network Infrastructure Management, Firewall \& VPN. Web Development with JavaScript, HTML5 \& CSS3. Hardware \& Basic Electronics Knowledge. JSON \& CSV File Handling. Server Knowledge with Microsoft Server IIS. Excel Expertise \& Macro Creation using VBA. Query View Programming \& Table Relationships (JOIN, LEFT JOIN \& RIGHT JOIN). Command-line interpreter usage on Windows or Linux. * Local network monitoring by accessing the gateway via command-line interpreter, verifying the log of each MAC address connected to the network. * Database view programming using SQL (Structured Query Language) to directly query system information. * Development of files using database views created for information querying purposes. * Macro development using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) to build Excel applications that automate files and data downloaded from the Aspel system. * Development of web or desktop applications using C\# or JavaScript, enabling users to query server information. * Performance verification of company computers using CPU\-Z software, ensuring proper operation of each device according to employee workload demands. * Blocking inappropriate websites by accessing the router via gateway, especially where cyberattack risk or malware installation is possible. * Maintaining company surveillance cameras, managed remotely via web server. * Technical support to all administrative departments regarding Aspel system errors or issues, printers, computers, and network cables. * Performing appropriate equipment maintenance to optimize performance and ensure proper functionality. * Configuring computers according to job requirements to guarantee appropriate use of IT tools. * Periodically backing up computer data to prevent information loss. * Configuration or installation of analog phone extensions or IP phones via PBX for internal company communication.
