Reporting to the Test Superintendent, you will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and technological advancement. **What You Will Do** * Interact directly with production areas to improve operational efficiency. * Analyze and repair test equipment quickly and effectively. * Provide comprehensive support across all three production shifts. * Execute maintenance plans according to the scheduled calendar. * Maintain performance above quality-established limits. * Accurately and proactively manage spare parts inventory. * Apply your knowledge of digital and analog electronics to solve complex problems. **Who You Are** * Bachelor’s degree in Photonics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field. * 1 year of experience in the field. * Knowledge of circuit analysis and schematic interpretation. * Proficiency in programming and handling electronic instruments. * Familiarity with design software (Desirable). * Ability to read technical English. **What Will Set You Apart** * Data analysis. * Experience handling optical fiber. * Additional experience or specialized training in related areas.
