**Job Description** We are seeking a **Security Shift Supervisor**, responsible for supervising, coordinating, and providing operational follow-up to the various assigned services, ensuring compliance with instructions, proper operation, and service quality to customers. The position requires **availability to travel and drive** between different services. **Responsibilities** * Conduct on-site supervision of the various assigned security services. * Verify compliance with instructions, schedules, uniforms, and personnel appearance. * Address operational incidents and provide immediate resolution. * Support coverage for staff absences, tardiness, or incidents. * Maintain constant communication with guards, coordinators, and the operations department. * Prepare supervision and incident reports. * Follow up on client requirements and report any relevant situations. * Travel between services using either the company vehicle or personal vehicle (as applicable). **Requirements** * Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent. * Prior experience as a supervisor or in private security (preferred). * Valid driver’s license **(mandatory)**. * Ability to operate a standard-vehicle. * Flexible schedule and availability for travel. * Basic knowledge of report preparation. * Professional appearance, leadership skills, and strong sense of responsibility. **Skills** * Leadership and personnel management. * Problem-solving. * Effective communication. * Organization and follow-up.
