Requires experience in logistics, leadership, and personnel management. **Join our outstanding team as a Logistics Operations Supervisor!** **Position Objective** **Job Functions or Activities.** 1\.\- Supervise that departure, arrival, and route execution times occur within the established schedule. 2\.\- Supervise that transportation equipment has all required tools. 3\.\- Supervise that transportation equipment is positioned on loading docks according to scheduled times. 4\.\- Supervise fuel efficiency for each assigned vehicle. 5\.\- Prepare attendance, trip, and overtime reports. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience as a supervisor (logistics) or in a similar role. * Education: Bachelor's degree in economics-administration, transportation engineering, or logistics (in progress or completed). * Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory; SAP and CRM experience required. * Organizational and leadership skills. * Interpersonal and communication skills. * Experience managing operational and unionized personnel.
