Set financial targets for the unit based on Contract Logistics Mexico’s annual goals. Supervise and manage the national FT/FW P\&L. 6\. Approve the monthly rolling forecast for the business unit. Identify operational requirements at distribution centers and manage procurement processes in coordination with the Finance Department. 7\. Design and validate general and specific operational procedures (SOPs), standards within the business unit, as well as supervise compliance according to corporate policies. Disseminate and ensure adherence to corporate guidelines. Evaluate the performance of distribution center management. Supervise periodic assessments of distribution center suppliers’ KPI compliance. 8\. Update job descriptions within the dedicated/shared warehousing (FT/FW) organization according to operational needs and service requirements. 9\. Supervise that employees within the business unit meet the qualifications for their positions and design action/development plans together with operational managers, setting organizational and individual goals to evaluate performance in accordance with company regulations (HR, CL, finance, QSHE, and security). 10\. Promote multi-functional training within the organization to strengthen talent in the business unit. 11\.
