Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Conditioning Operator in packaging and production, responsible for recording, organizing, labeling, and inspecting product quality while maintaining a clean work area. We’re waiting for you! **Requirements:** * Completed junior high school. * At least 6 months of recent experience working in: **Packaging, Conditioning, or re\-conditioning of products.** * Experience working in factories or production lines. * ***Preferred:*** Living near the work location. **Responsibilities:** * Record your daily work activities. * Organize and label product samples. * Keep your work area clean and orderly. * Stack and organize boxes containing finished products. * Separate materials no longer in use or destined for disposal. * Package, label, and arrange products into their respective boxes. * Inspect product quality and correct necessary details. **Benefits** * **Base salary of $10,700 tax-free** * Life insurance * **Savings fund: 10%** * **Grocery vouchers: 10%** * Free cafeteria service * Accident insurance * Discounts on our products * A professional and respectful work environment Schedule: **Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM** **Work Location: Álamo Industrial** At AGC, we promote labor inclusion and provide equal opportunities for all applicants.
