Job Summary: We are seeking a Test Engineer to design, implement, and optimize electronic product test stations and certify new products in a manufacturing environment. Key Highlights: 1. Data analysis to optimize cycle time and test coverage. ### **Test Engineer (ICT / FCT / Server)** Join **Foxconn Guadalajara**, the global leader in electronic manufacturing. We are looking for a specialized **Test Engineer** to ensure server and advanced technology quality through expert management of automated test equipment. **Your Key Responsibilities:** Ensure electronic product (PCBA and Servers) integrity and functionality by designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing critical test stations (**ICT, FCT, Burn\-In**). We seek an engineer capable of certifying new products (NPI) and ensuring test equipment stability in a high-volume manufacturing environment. * **Technical Support:** Ensure operational readiness of **ICT, FCT, BSI, and Burn\-In** test stations by resolving hardware and software failures on the production floor. * **NPI & Validation:** Lead equipment certification for new products, executing **Gage R\&R** studies and **Strain Gauge** testing. * **Maintenance:** Execute preventive/corrective maintenance plans for *fixtures* and equipment, managing spare parts and instrument calibration. * **Data Analysis:** Monitor **Yield (FPY)**, analyze recurring failures, and propose improvements to optimize cycle time and test coverage. * **Systems:** Configure tests in a **Linux** environment and manage traceability in **SFC**. **Required Profile:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field (completed) **Experience:** +3 years in the electronics industry (EMS) in Test Engineering or related roles. **Key Skills:** * **ICT / FCT** testing. * Proficiency in **Linux** (Shell/Bash). * Interpretation of **schematics and Gerber files**. * Validation methodology (GR\&R). **English:** Intermediate-Advanced English (able to participate in technical meetings, read datasheets, and write detailed reports). **Competencies:** * Problem-solving (*Troubleshooting*) under pressure. * Statistical failure analysis. * Teamwork and effective communication. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with your technical experience. * **Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.** * Growth opportunities at the world’s #1 electronic manufacturing company. **Work Conditions:** * **Location:** Foxconn Vesta Park Plant (Carretera al Salto). * **Schedule:** Availability for fixed shifts (Morning, Afternoon, or Night). ***Are you the electronics expert we’re looking for?
