We are seeking a Night Shift Electromechanical Technician capable of working independently and collaboratively with a second technician to ensure plant operations during the night shift. * Preference for candidates residing near the airport area. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond immediately to mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures to ensure uninterrupted production. * Perform accurate diagnostics and make sound technical decisions when no support is available. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery in the biscuit production area. * Coordinate with production to prioritize critical equipment and optimize line downtime. * Document all activities, failures, and solutions implemented to provide a handover report to the day-shift team. * Execute safety procedures and food safety protocols without direct supervision. **Requirements** * Technical degree in Electromechanics, Electronics, Mechanics, Mechatronics, or related field. * **Minimum 2–3 years of industrial maintenance experience**, preferably in food manufacturing or general manufacturing plants. * Ability to work autonomously, identify root causes, and resolve failures without supervision. * Solid knowledge of: * Industrial electricity and control systems * Mechanics and industrial mechanics * Pneumatics * Interpretation of diagrams and technical drawings * Ability to prioritize tasks and sustain operations during a shift when support personnel are off-duty. * Availability to work the night shift. **We Offer:** **-- Shift hours: 7:00 PM to 5:15 AM (2 breaks during shift)** **-- Workdays: Monday to Friday** - Biweekly salary - Approximate monthly net salary: MXN $18,700.00 - Free cafeteria - Transportation (2 routes) - Statutory benefits - Free parking For inquiries, contact us via WhatsApp at 3315329693 or attach your updated CV.
