Job Summary: Supervise and ensure the proper execution of finished product warehouse operations, guaranteeing compliance with performance indicators and customer service levels. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring compliance with operational KPIs and established processes OBJECTIVE · Supervise and ensure the proper execution of finished product (FP) warehouse operations, guaranteeing compliance with operational indicators, productivity, inventory accuracy, and customer service levels, while ensuring adherence to organizational processes. RESPONSIBILITIES · Supervise operational activities including receipt, storage, picking, and shipment of finished products. Ensure compliance with operational KPIs such as IRA, ILA, productivity, and service level. Coordinate and manage operational staff assigned to the operation. Monitor compliance with scheduled loading windows and shipments. Verify proper use of the WMS system and adherence to operational processes. Coordinate cycle counts and support inventory control. Implement corrective actions and operational improvements within the warehouse. REQUIREMENTS Education Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in: Logistics and/or Industrial Engineering. Experience · Experience as an Operations Supervisor in finished product warehouses, picking, shipping, operational staff management, and indicator control. Management of operational teams of 20–50 people.
